All appointments for our spay/neuter events are filled from our waiting lists. The FASTEST way to be added to our Waiting list is to e-mail at:


GallatinValleySpayNeuter@hotmail.com ALL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. Failure to provide any of the following information WILL delay your request. If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please leave the following information:

Name (first and last)
Address (Physical address)
Telephone number (if it changes- be sure to update it with us!)
Email address
Number of animals
Species of each animal (Dog or cat)

Type of services you are requesting for your animal-(IE: Low-cost vaccination, Low-cost spay/neuter or if you would like to apply for a Scholarship to see if you qualify for free spay/neuter) If you are requesting ONLY low-cost vaccinations for your animal(s)- this is all the information we need at this time.

If you also want spay/neuter services, we also need the following information for EACH animals:
Breed of each (IE: Domestic house cat or pit bull)

Is it a pure breed?
Age of each
Approximate weight
sex (male or female)
Where did you get your animal?
Has the animal been used for breeding?
Number of litters this animal parented?
